Use our covered patio, shop interior, or the entire shop.

• Covered Patio: Space for 40 guest, available in 1 hour blocks from 6am to 6pm
• Shop Interior: Space for 70 guests, available in 1 hour blocks from 4pm to 7pm
• Entire Shop: Space for 110 guests, available in 1 hour blocks from 4pm to 7pm

Located in North Suffolk with convenient access to Interstate 664, near Harbour View, our event venue in Suffolk is an easy and affordable option for event planners. Reserving the spaces requires a 30 days lead time, so plan ahead to have your party, bridal shower, wedding reception, social club meeting, business or corporate event in our shop.

Simplify your event plan with our venue. Food and drinks, even beer and wine, are all handled with one point of contact. Our Catering Menu makes feeding a crowd simple.

Coffee Shop Rental Benefits

• Staff on Hand: Our excellent staff is available to assist you and your guests throughout your event. If specialty coffee or drinks are desired by an event guest, they are welcome to place an order at the counter.
• Full Menu: Our entire menu is available to choose from when creating your event menu, no need to hire outside catering.
• ABC License: Our baristas can do more than brew delicious coffee, they are also able to mix up and serve mixed drinks, beer, and wine throughout your event.

Venue Rental Costs

Our covered outdoor patio or indoor coffee shop space is available for $175 per hour.

Our entire shop, including indoor coffee shop space and outdoor patio is available for $350 per hour.

Once your booking date and time are confirmed, a 50% deposit will be required.

Venue Rental Availability

The covered outdoor patio (40 guest) is available everyday, except Thursdays, from 6am to 6pm.

The indoor coffee shop (70 guest) space is available everyday, except for Thursdays, from 4pm to 7pm.

Scheduling early and paying a deposit is the best way to secure your preferred date and time.

No venue rentals are available on regularly scheduled holidays (Christmas and Thanksgiving). Other days may be restricted due to community events (Farmer's Market).

No outside food or beverage is permitted with the exception of cakes or specialty food items not available through our the kitchen.

30 days notice required to reserve. Private events only please. Open House style events are not permitted.
